God Completes Me

We try to find acceptance from people, but we only need acceptance from God.  Until we learn that God completes us, we might do just anything trying to fit in.  God said that He will carry on the good work that He has started in us until Jesus returns.  God wants what's best for us.  Why is it so hard to stop being stupid thinking others can do more than God can and will do for His children?  Phil. 1:6 being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.  Although we were all born into sin doesn't mean God can't do good things for us.  He loves us so much.  I have to be confident that when things are going sour, that God has started this good work in me and He will complete it as long as I don't faint and turn away from Him.  I trust God and because I trust Him and seek Him first, I lack nothing.  My dreams to become a writer for the Kingdom of God, God is working that out right now.  He won't turn His back on me, and I can be confident because God Completes Me.

I Had God At Hello.....

Now before you start judging and thinking I am being arrogant, the word of the Lord tells me that God's ears are attentive to the righteous cry.  So just because I know this about me, doesn't mean it's not for you.  I know that I am righteous, I know that I seek God.  God knows what I need before I open up my mouth.  Psalm 34: 1-17 is a good text to go along with this but v.15 is my favorite,  The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.  So I'm not being arrogant because I think I am all that, but because He is all that and He honors His word.


I'm not perfect, and yes I have areas of weakness but as I continue to submit to God and resist the devil and these areas of weakness, they flee.  


All I'm saying is that I don't have to beg God to hear me, I just seek Him and say "Hello God, Hello Father", and His omnipotence (power do do all things) hears me right then.  And He is ready to bless me with His goodness.


So I think I'll keep on keeping on, keep on striving for righteousness, keep on saying Hello Father.   I Have God at Hello.  I like knowing He has my back, and I have His attention.

I Must Endure Your Mess....

If I want to be saved!!!  The Bible lets me know that while people are hating on me, I must keep them in prayer.  Serious prayer people, not just some quick prayer to make you feel better about yourself.  We have to want what's best for the haters.  Matthew 10:22-25 You will be hated by everyone because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. ²³ When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another. Truly I tell you, you will not finish going through the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.
   ²⁴ “The student is not above the teacher, nor a servant above his master. ²⁵ It is enough for students to be like their teachers, and servants like their masters. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebul, how much more the members of his household!   God, are You serious!!!  People talking about you and smiling in your face, people thinking they better than you and looking down on you, people cursing you out, and so on...yeah all them haters.  Enduring means I must portray Jesus when I go through, not cursing folk out, not talking about folk, not getting angry and sinning against them.  I must keep it in my head that in order for me to make it to Heaven, I have to learn how endure your mess.  (Is that cursing Pastor?)  How do you pray and want what's best for haters?  This is when you find out if you really saved.  As a child of God I'm suppose to want what Jesus wants right? Salvation for the hater so they won't go to hell right?  Remember who you were once, stop being selfish and pray for the haters salvation.  We gone go through til Jesus returns...Why we think we not, Jesus went through and we are His right?  The soldiers came to get Jesus and Peter got with them, but Jesus being humble still had mercy for the man and healed his ear.  Shake off that Peter spirit.  I know I have to before I end up in Hell...cause people be trying me.  How do we endure people?  We pray for a humble spirit, we submit to God and resist the haters and they will flee.  Let 'em flee, we don't have to hang around them, but we do have to love them and trust God to touch their hearts.  We can either sincerely endure and pray for their salvation so they don't go to hell, or we will end up not enduring and they'll send us to hell.  Now it's not a guarantee that they will stop being foolish and become heaven bound, but at least we did what we were suppose to do so we can go to heaven. Endured till the end.

Surprise, Surprise

It's been a while since I have wrote anything.  On July 2, 2011 I turned 40 years old and I expected a party from my daughter and niece but nothing.  Kat and I did go to Texas Cattle Company and it was delicious, (yum, yum).  Well in anticipation of a party that night nothing happen, she took me home and I was in for the night.  Well after July 2, I accepted that there was no party and maybe when I turn 45 they can try it again.  Well on July 8, 2011 my family and friends pulled off a surprise party for me.  Those people told so many lies that Andrea told Vicki "I'm so tired of lying to my mama".  So I had to pray and ask God to forgive them all and me too for making them go to these extremes.  It was wonderful and I am so glad that I was able to spend such a special occasion with good family and good friends.

Well I wanted to have sent off songs and been picked up by a label by the time I turned 40.  Didn't happen.  But I am not giving up because the Lord sent word to me not to give up and that people are going to think I am crazy, but don't give up.  You mean people will think I am crazier than what they already think.  WOW!!  It's not over, til God says it's over......Surprise Surprise....God got this....Don't give up!!!

The Rainbow Says to me.....

WIPE OUT!!!!  On June 25th, 2011 I was riding down 98 N in Lakeland, Florida headed to church for an anniversary service for Pastor JMac and 1st Lady and I saw a rainbow.  And my heart was filled with joy to see it and I was just smiling and riding, and I believe God wanted me to write that the rainbow belongs to Him.  He created it, it is designated as a testimony of God's promise to us, as long as there's a rainbow...I hear God.  You see some would say that is represents gay power, and I say to that, be happy because there's nothing gay about God.  The devil will always be a copy cat and try to make changes to God's creation, he has nothing original except sin.  Read Gen. 9, God created the rainbow, not Disney or anybody else.  Man is just doing what man does, messing up.  God's covenant with Noah included that the rainbow would remind God of His promise to us, that never again shall a flood destroy all flesh.  God is alive people, and in the saving business.  Now ya'll ready, here we go.  Why we think we so full of the word and that we don't need to study to remind ourselves of a promise from God.  If God has to be reminded with the rainbow that the rain has to stop because I promised that the waters wouldn't destroy the entire population, ya'll do know why He destroyed the entire man population before right (with the exception of Noah, his wife, their 3 sons, and their sons wives--8 people)?  SIN, SIN, & MORE SIN!!!  People living like hell, ungrateful people, wicked people, corrupt people, violent people, sound kinda like our neck of the woods.  Anyways, God was sick of all this wickedness going on, so sick of it that He was sorry He made man & was grieved in His heart. (vs6:6) God was so mad at this sin that He caused the rain to flow down & destroyed them ALL.  Now I've read this  all before, but when you study something it's a bit different.  Man every time the rain drops now, I'm gone repent and my praise will be more intense, because I know the waters won't kill us all but enough can come to get some attention (hello Katrina).  Don't get mad at me, I'm just saying.  The Bible says in Gen. 9:15 that God said, seeing the rainbow He will remember, now anytime you set a reminder for yourself it's so you don't forget right?  So you can take it like you want to but I'm gone believe that He don't want to forget that although all this SIN, SIN, & MORE SIN is going on, I ain't gone flood them out again because of My covenant.
And of course wickedness will try to get your mind off of the true meaning of the rainbow, by deception and causing you to fuss with someone about what the rainbow really represents, because if we too stupid to stop and realize that the rainbow is a message from God, then the devil is happy.  God is alive people and even though seeing the rainbow brought joy to my heart, I think it was also God's way of saying check yourself.  Is your living causing God to have to check out His rainbow, so He doesn't wipe you out?  The rainbow says to me, get it together, while you still have a chance.

Tracing A Dot to Dot to Hell!!!

Wow if you are bold enough to open this link with a topic like that, tell the Lord 'thank You' because everybody don't like truth.  
Now Pastor JMac has been teaching on being lukewarm and that we all need to check ourselves to see if we are indeed lukewarm.  I went home and studied some more and asked the Lord to help me to understand this teaching so that I not only hear the word, but I want to move because of the word.
Well as I read Rev. 3:14-22, the scriptures that Pastor came from the Spirit of the Lord let me know that this Lukewarm Message all ties into the Deception Message from a few weeks ago.
In these verses Jesus is speaking to the deceived church folk, the ones that are lukewarm.  Jesus hates lukewarm believers, we make Him sick on His stomach.  All the praise and worship, and the speaking in tongues, and all the speaking a word to the brethren at the church & then getting on the phone, or texting, or on Facebook tearing the same brethren down.  Talking out both sides of your mouth, can't nobody tell you nothing, ain't got enough sense to hear the Lord try to stop you from getting in some fleshy mess, don't want to be rebuked because you think you done prophesied on some sinners life because you said something would happen & it did, but it was inevitable and now you think you anointed.  Sit down & shut up and hear what Thus Says the Lord.
He says as many as He loves, He rubukes.  So REPENT church and get out of this deceived lukewarm stage.  I know I have to repent and get my act together because God revealed to me my future if I don't stop doing enough just to get by, and it scares the HELL out of me.  Seriously I remember me not being saved and it is not a pretty picture.  I was fornicating, lying, stealing, and fighting, and a whole bunch of mess that I can't go back into, but if I stay lukewarm and don't chase after the things of God I'll be there again.  Tracing A Dot to Dot to Hell.
Jesus forgive me and lead me daily where You want me to go.  I admit I have been lukewarm, but no more.  I hear You knocking and I hear Your voice, come in Jesus and thank You.

Godly Behavior Wins Him Over.....

Does your behavior make him want to serve your God?  Ladies this is some tough, hard to swallow, cut it up in small pieces of meat to handle, but if you are serious about your husband being won over to Christ, pull out your knife and cut it up, pull out the food processor and grind it up, what ever it takes to get it down, get it down.
Now 1 Peter 3:1>Wives, in the same way submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives.
Speechless right!!!  I know, there's nothing that shuts you up like the true word of God.  Ladies you must learn to humble yourself, there's nothing that runs a man to the corner of the roof top quicker than a nagging woman,(Prov. 21:9) especially one that suppose to be living holy.  How we gone go off and trip and think the man wants to serve the God we serving.  Our behavior is very important.  The word says we can shut up, stop nagging, and just live holy and make the man want to serve God just from watching us.  (Paraphrased for the simple)


I know sometimes we want to just GO OFF!!!  Believe me, but it's not worth it at all.  Having to wonder if I could have done something different, or maybe just not said some of the words I said.  Anyways I think all the married ladies need to know this as well as single ladies that are planning to get married.  Let the wonderful, beautiful, God that you are serving show in your behavior and that my friend is a NUFF SAID!!!
